Fork Tube Insert
Fork tubes get torn and damaged due to abuse and cantilever force applied by the forklift. When damaged, remove approximately 14” of the bottom of the fork tube and insert our 12" fork tube replacement piece. Weld the new piece in place for a durable long lasting repair.
Wear Plate
- Options for both square tube and C channel frame repairs.

- Addresses issues on the 1st or bottom row.

- Reattaches the vertical frame pieces to the fork tube, these can be rusty, damaged and detached.
- Provides new door mounting pin holes for the bottom layer.
Pin Protector Plate
- Repair plate that slides over the vertical cage frame and is then welded in place.
- Options for both C channel and square tube repairs.
BEFORE
- Repairs cracked or torn door pin holes in the cage frame as illustrated in the picture above.
AFTER
- Squares up the bent frame for better door pin/cage frame engagement.
- Adds protection to the door pins.
